Messe Düsseldorf and BVAA - a success story from the very beginning

Since its premiere in Düsseldorf in 2010, VALVE WORLD EXPO with its parallel conference has been accompanied and advised by British Valve and Actuator Association (BVAA).

For over 80 years, the BVAA has been supporting the British valve industry and its supply chains with important services and represents the interests of over 180 members who employ around 10,000 people.

The BVAA provides its members with cross-industry networking, business opportunities and organises qualified training on technical expertise. Its members are involved in more than 50 different committees covering a wide spectrum of the valve and actuator industry: setting European and international standards, developing codes of conduct, establishing ground rules for the industry and providing numerous business development opportunities for its members.

Rob Bartlett, BVAA Director & CEO, says,

“Valve World participation has to be one of the highlights of my career! Brilliantly organised by our superbly-professional partners Düsseldorf Messe,  it is a truly international valve expo, where you just know you’ll meet everyone you could possibly want to, in three action-packed days.”

Patrick Hayek, Senior Project Manager Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, says,

“Since the premiere of VALVE WORLD EXPO in Düsseldorf in 2010, BVAA has been at our side - as a professional partner for all questions and challenges concerning the industrial valves industry and as a reliable industry association for the successful development of the No. 1 trade fair for industrial valves and fittings here in Düsseldorf.

Together with you, we are looking positively into the future of the industry and look forward to many more years of exciting cooperation...”

This November, representatives from Messe Düsseldorf have been invited to the BVAA’s Annual Meetings in York, England. This will be an ideal opportunity to establish contacts and expand existing business relationships.

For VALVE WORLD EXPO in December 2024, members will meet again at the British Reception, a reception for UK exhibitors at Düsseldorf Fairgrounds, where the Consul General of the UK is also happy to drop by and welcome the British exhibitors. The get-together of the British valve industry is therefore a cherished British tradition during VALVE WORLD EXPO in Düsseldorf.

As an innovation platform, industry meeting place and trend barometer, the industry's No. 1 trade fair attracts exhibitors from all over the world to come to Düsseldorf from 3 to 5 December 2024. Here they can make contacts with suppliers and customers with purchasing and decision-making expertise and open up new markets internationally.
