KTH Holts’ focus and principles makes us the first choice for a plethora of heat treatments, including Vacuum work, which is at the heart of KTH Holts’ Nadcap approvals (all vacuum work carries full accreditation and traceability), ultra-low distortion work, dimensionally awkward shapes, and precision treatment of both small and large components as well as bespoke treatments of advanced materials. 

We also operate one of the largest pit carburising furnaces operating in the heat treatment industry and have comprehensive vertical heat treatment facilities for long components. These furnaces (as well as the others that we operate), allow KTH Holts to offer an integrated stress relieving and straightening service for steel and super alloy bar and finished shafts.
