Valve World Expo 2022

The BVAA recently returned from the Valve Word Expo in Dusseldorf – a show of many surprises!

Undeniably smaller than in previous years, the Expo had been impacted by the perfect storm of the Covid hangover, the related reluctance to book, an over-abundance of caution - especially locally, and the veritable absence of a lot Chinese visitors.

That said, the latter didn’t seem to put off our members, who delighted in being able to see and walk freely onto stands and receive immediate engagement.

After a sluggish start, the show was still very buoyant, as was our BVAA Group Stand (incorporating Valveuser magazine) where it was all-hands-to-the-pump for three, extraordinarily hectic days!

We saw over 70 member companies at the show, either exhibiting or walking the halls, and a great many of those took up the use of our typically-generous BVAA hospitality.  So much so there’s heavy interest already in co-exhibiting with BVAA again – the moral is if you want to go with the BVAA, book early!

Some facts about Valve World 2022:

  • 388 exhibitors from 29 countries
  • 3 day exhibition in Halls 1 and 3 - 12,000 square metres
  • International trade visitors from over 80 countries
  • 70 lectures, seminars and workshops, attracted around 400 delegates
  • Next date: 3-5 December 2024

Team Up!

Booking independently for Valve World 2024?  Why not, as others have done, move your stand-booking nearer the BVAA stand? You can take advantage of our services, and maximise use of your own space, as well as helping us create a ‘UK Valve Zone.’

IVS 2024

We’ve been asked if we would consider taking a similar group stand at IVS 2024 in Bergamo – a show that’s definitely on the up. If there’s interest, please let us know immediately, so that we can assess its viability.
