HSP Valves recently made senior management changes to support the continued growth and international development of its Eastern Hemisphere valve and automation business.

Richard Griffin was promoted into the Sales Director role as of 1st January with responsibility for the valve business across the Eastern Hemisphere. Based out of Dubai, Richard has a proven track record in growing sales, having established the ME business in 2010 and will be centrally located to support international growth.

Meanwhile, Gordon McNair has taken on the newly created role of Director, Automation and Controls, effective as of 1st January. In this role Gordon will drive all aspects of the automation business including developing engineering teams, the expansion of the EH valve automation centers and be responsible for developing new automation products and partnerships. With 40 years+ experience in providing first class project management and service to clients, HSP continues to reinvest in growing its service offering to clients.

From day one, HSP has always maintained a strong focus on automation and in recent years this has become a key part of the service offering and in January we were pleased to bring onboard experienced people to bolster the team. Austin Hornby joins HSP as Operations Manager, Jamie Buchanan as Engineering Manager and Stephen Molley as Commercial Manager, Automation.

Based in Aberdeen, they bring a combined experience in excess of 60 years in Valve Automation with a focus on the design and build of complex actuated solutions. Commenting on these changes, Derrick Mackenzie, HSP Managing Director “I am excited and very pleased with these recent appointments. We have an excellent team; the knowledge, experience and facilities are best in class to deliver an unrivaled service to our clients.”
