Simultaneously, Metso’s Minerals Business would combine with Outotec to create Metso Outotec. The closing of the transaction is currently expected to take place on June 30, 2020, subject to regulatory approvals. Metso’s Flow Control has a strong platform in valves and we are a leading global flow control provider for a diversified mix of process industries. A large share of our business comes from services. Our operations footprint is geographically well-spread, and we have a service presence with over 40 valve service centres around the world.
