For over 25 years Moontown Ltd have been acknowledged as a UK seal manufacturer who recognise the demanding sealing requirements industry need – quality, reliability, value & service.  We are proud to manufacture in the UK "From Powder to Part" and have complete control of all aspects of the seal manufacturing process and offer seals from 2mm > 2000mm from standards to bespoke requirements.

We can manufacture virtually any seal in house > 600mm OD in a range of standard and high-performance materials including NBR, FPM, POLYURETHANE, SILICONE, EPDM & POLYACETAL, PEEK & PTFE for any application.  Many of our grades have NORSOK, API, FDA, WRC or WRAS approvals including X Ray and Metal Detectable variants.

Moontown can advise upon materials, profiles and offer a sample manufacture service.  We will make site visits with full reporting back up and 3D CAD drawings to support new designs or reverse engineered solutions.
