Founded in 2017 and based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Monarch is an independent manufacturer of gaskets and seals supplying OEM and MROs across all industry sectors.

Monarch can convert any material from gasket paper to exotic metals with full accreditation of ISO 9001 certification.

With recent capex funding increasing the number of press machines to seven, and investment in a 25 Tonne Hydraulic Press for manufacturing Graphite Pressed Die Formed Rings and Trapezoids, we have the capability to press the smallest DFR, up to 400mm OD.

We have an extensive range of inhouse DFR tooling, offering manufacture in any grade of specialised graphite. This, along with our two waterjet machines, gives the capability to cut parts in any material, from drawing or reverse engineer parts to the tightest tolerances.

Our Triple offset Valve – Laminated “Butterfly Valve” Seals is still one of strongest product ranges in our manufactured inhouse portfolio.
