At Clifford Springs, we understand the importance of staying ahead in the valve and actuator manufacturing industry.  To do this, our clients need to be able to rely on us. To this end, we continually invest in advanced machinery that will produce the highest-quality springs for those valued clients.

It might seem like there is little room for innovation within the spring making industry, but this is not the case.  Whilst we’re not creating brand new spring types, more advanced machinery allows us to improve the performance of existing springs further.  Even small improvements in precision and tolerances will improve how the springs perform within client products.

For this reason, to continue to fulfil our clients’ needs and enable them to stay competitive within their markets, we believe it is essential to invest in the latest machinery. To this end, we have recently added two more state-of-the-art coiling machines: the Itaya CX8B and the Itaya PCX20B. These cutting-edge machines will allow us to maintain the highest standards in spring manufacturing and enable us to create superior products for the valve and actuator market.

The Itaya CX8B 10 axis coiling machine is renowned for its high-speed, precision coiling capabilities. This advanced machine allows us to produce a wide variety of spring shapes, from simple to complex designs, without compromising on quality. This versatility ensures that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients while maintaining efficiency and precision.

Likewise, the Itaya PCX20B 9 axis coiling machine offers advanced coiling features, such as its powerful servo motor and precise wire feeding system. This machine is ideal for manufacturing springs that require intricate designs and tight tolerances.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious plans for further investments during Q3 2023. By continuing to invest in advanced machinery and manufacturing processes, we aim to cement our position as an industry leader, driving future innovation for ourselves and our clients whilst providing those clients with the highest quality springs on the market.
