BVAA enjoys a successful CHEMUK2023!

The BVAA is proud to have been one of the ‘Headline Industry Partners’ to the CHEMUK 2023 event, and we are delighted the event enjoyed a 41% increase in visitors from 2022!

The organisers have confirmed that there was a record attendance of 3,956 visitors (excluding exhibitor staff) over the two days, representing an increase of 41% from the 2022 edition. The total two-day attendance (visitors plus exhibitors) was 5,559.

CHEMUK show founder, Ian Stone, sums up this years’ event: "The industry is now responding to the single ‘destination experience’ of CHEMUK providing deliberately segmented zones of specialist industry capability and solutions, supported with unmissable intelligence, whilst at the same time uniting the entire UK chemical industries ‘value chain’ under one giant roof annually".

The BVAA stand was certainly very busy, with lots of interest in what we, as an association do, and who our members are, plus a number of membership enquiries. Our team also had the opportunity to catch up with many valued BVAA members, either exhibiting or walking the show.

Rob Bartlett, CEO, BVAA said, “From its quality, to the footfall, our location, everything – top notch from start to finish. The BVAA stand was never empty and we were delighted to be in amongst all our valve brethren.”

This year, our latest print issue of Valveuser Magazine was available to pick up at the entrance to Hall 1, and from our stand. The magazine proved very popular, with many more subscriptions, and a great way to convey the range of unrivalled services we offer members, as well as the breadth and expertise of our 180+ members.

2024 Dates: CHEMUK 2024 (NEC, Birmingham) Wed 15 & Thu 16 May 2024.

The BVAA will be exhibiting next year, more details to follow…
