Flow and Process Solutions offers all aspects of Valve and Actuation supply, repair, overhaul, upgrade and modifications.
At our facility in Forfar, Scotland we offer Hydrostatic and Gas Testing with remote witness testing systems. All testing is recorded on computerised data logging system.
We offer a full range of repair and recertification services:
- Hydro testing to 24,000 PSI
- Nitrogen testing to 14,000 PSI
- Overhead cranes – 5T and 3.2T with 5m under hook
- Strip down inspection reports
- Valve automation
- Valve and actuator repair services
- Control system assembly and function testing
Our Service team have experience in the Oil & Gas, Bio-Mass, Renewable energy, Chemical, Water and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Our sourcing partners allow us to procure stock, and manufactured to order Valves, Actuators, Control Systems.
Our facilities have ISO accreditation to 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45000:2018.
