Bernard Controls UK Appoints New UK Sales Manager

Bernard Controls UK announces the appointment of Jim Gordon as UK Area Sales Manager. Jim succeeds Phil Minchin, former Sales Director for Northern Europe, who took early retirement at the end of March.

Jim and Phil have previously worked together for many years, and before his retirement Phil said, ‘After 40 years in the automation industry, I have thoroughly enjoyed my career and made a lot of friends on the way. I am delighted to be handing over to Jim, who will be focussing on the UK business for Bernard Controls. I wish him all the best in his new role.’

Jim has extensive experience in the actuation industry, recently spending over 12 years overseas. Jim says of his new appointment, ‘I’m glad to be back in the UK market, and really looking forward to catching up with old friends and colleagues, as well as making new connections and forging new relationships in the industry.’
