IVS 2026, A Growing International Platform for Expertise and Connection
IVS – Industrial Valve Summit, the international exhibition for industrial valves and flow control solutions, will be back to the Bergamo Exhibition Centre, in Italy, May 19th - 21st 2026. IVS, now in its sixth edition, is confirmed as an “A-class event”, attracting top-level exhibitors, engineers, decision-makers and buyers from around the world. It is a unique platform where business meets applied knowledge, where technological progress is shared and strategic partnerships are forged.
The exhibition area will increase with the addition of a fourth hall, accommodating a greater number of international exhibitors and providing networking and business development opportunities. Moreover, the event will now span three full days, giving attendees more time to explore the exhibition, take part in technical discussions, and meet global industry leaders.
One of the keys to the success of IVS is its rich scientific programme, developed with the support of VALVEcampus – the Italian association dedicated to promoting technical training, knowledge transfer and valve industry best practices. Through this collaboration, IVS ensures the quality and relevance of its technical content, which serves as a reference point for the entire supply chain.
The six thematic pillars of the IVS 2026 scientific programme will address the most current and impactful areas of development: Standardization and standards development; Digital technologies applied to valves, actuation and control; Valve design and materials for severe services; Advanced sealing solutions for industrial valves; AI applied to mechanical design, procurement and manufacturing; Additive manufacturing.
In addition to the main programme, IVS 2026 will feature four special roundtables, each focused on highly complex and strategic topics. These include subsea valve actuation in deepwater environments, the use of choke valves in high-pressure systems, the performance and safety of control valves in critical applications, and surface treatment technologies that enhance component resistance to erosion and corrosion.
The success of IVS 2024, which hosted 15,000 visitors from 69 countries and 325 exhibitors from 14 nations, confirms the growing international relevance of the Summit. These results are due to the quality of technical offer and the value of face-to-face dialogue and networking in a business-friendly environment.
The experience of IVS goes well beyond the exhibition. Participants will enjoy an array of exclusive side events, including the prestigious Gala Dinner hosted by a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, and the traditional IVS Invitational Golf Tournament, held at the renowned L’Albenza Golf Club.
Set in Bergamo, a city rich in history, culture and natural beauty, IVS 2026 offers a truly international business and scientific experience - rooted in excellence, driven by innovation.
