Using our core stock inventory of finished & semi-finished products, APIS are able to offer Certified Fastener products from stock.

Our stock inventory covers both Metric and Inch series products and the respective DIN/ISO or ANSI/ASME dimensional standards. This is primarily made up of Raw Material, Threaded Bars, Cut Length Studbolts and Hexagon Nuts. 

All products are fully certified and fully traceable and supplied under framework of our ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.

Carbon/Alloy Steel Studbolt material grades;

• ASTM A193 B7

• ASTM A320 L7

Stainless Steel Studbolt material grades;

• ASTM A193 B8 (class1 & class 2),

• ASTM A193 B8M (class 1 & class 2).

Heavy Hex Nut material grades;

• ASTM A194 grade 2H, grade 7, grade 8, grade 8M.

In addition to the above material grades APIS can also supply products with various Surface Coatings including Zinc Electroplating, Zinc Nickel, Zinc Flake, Fluorocarbon Coating (Xylan®), Cermet Coating (Xylar®), HDG, etc. 

Within the APIS group, our facility in Stallingborough, North East Lincolnshire (UK) is our stockholding and production hub for ASTM ‘Petrochemical grade’ Studbolts & Nuts.

From Stallingborough we are able to support local, national and international clients. 

Additionally, our service centre in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire UK) holds some strategic stocks of pre-cut length Studbolts & Nuts in order to support regional clients.
