Established for over 35 years, Rollstud Limited are a privately owned manufacturer of quality assured Bolting for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical & Power Generation industries, with manufacturing facilities in Europe and the Middle East.
Rollstud can now offer NanoGalv® coating In-house from our Aberdeen facility.
NanoGalv® is a zinc-nickel nanolaminate technology that provides excellent corrosion resistance across a broad range of fastener applications.
Nanolamination Technology delivers unique and disruptive performance in corrosion protection, wear resistance, and durability. Our proprietary chemistry and wave form modulation produce multiple layers of metallic alloy structure that offer superior performance over traditional coating systems.
This product has been extensive field trialled in offshore platforms and currently utilised in both onshore and offshore facilities.
