At our Valve & Actuator repair centre, which is part of ERIKS Flow Equipment and Services based in Leicester, our dedicated team of valve technicians take on the challenge to repair and overhaul most generic species of valves and actuators and confidently provide these back to the client to reinstall into service, safe in the knowledge that they have been handled carefully by professionally trained experts.

Our procedures:

Engineers create a comprehensive condition report identifying issues for repair & collaborate with our Sales Team to quote.

Valves are stripped; parts are ultrasonically cleaned and If seats are damaged, they are then lapped and polished. All Valve bodies are painted & OEM replacement parts are fitted throughout. PRV’s are fully calibrated.

PRVs.Nitrogen. Size ½”/ DN15 – 10” / DN250 (Max Press. 300 Bar / 4350PSI

Typ. Valves: Ball, Butterfly, Gate, Globe Check, Control, Relief Valves.

Method: High Pressure Gas/Liquid, Low Pressure Air. Sizes ½”/DN15 – 10”/DN250. (Max Pressure 400 Bar / 5800PSI.

Method: High Pressure Liquid, Nitrogen.
Typ. Valves Ball, Butterfly, Gate Globe Check. Sizes ½”/DN15 – 12” / DN300. (Max Press. 700 bar / 10150PSI.

Valves Repaired, Spirax, Severn Glocon, Bailey, Fisher, Leser, Nabic, Ari, Crosby, Samson.

Valves are Tested and Certification is supplied.

The repair teams Valve Technicians are qualified on Water, Air and Nitrogen Test Rigs. We are pleased that we have Zurich Approval for Refurbishment and Testing of Safety Valves up to 300 B.
