20th – 22nd October 2026 | Hamburg Messe, Germany
Following the tremendous success of the 2025 edition, Hydrogen Technology World Expo will return to Hamburg Messe from 20th to 22nd October 2026, once again uniting the global hydrogen community for three days of innovation, collaboration, and technology advancement. The 2025 event showcased groundbreaking progress across the hydrogen value chain, from production and storage to distribution and application and the 2026 event promises to build on that momentum with an even more ambitious programme and expanded exhibition space.
As a proud supporter of the event, the British Valve and Actuator Association (BVAA) continue to champion the role of its members in shaping the hydrogen economy. Valves and actuators are at the heart of hydrogen infrastructure, ensuring safe, efficient, and precise flow control across production facilities, pipelines, storage systems, and end-use applications. The Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2026 provides an unparalleled opportunity for BVAA members to connect with key stakeholders from across the global hydrogen ecosystem, demonstrate technological excellence, and explore new business partnerships in this rapidly evolving sector.

The 2026 exhibition will once again feature the Hydrogen Technology Expo Conference, where leading experts, engineers, and policymakers will share insights into the latest research, regulatory developments, and commercial opportunities in hydrogen. As the agenda develops in the coming months, delegates can look forward to a series of targeted sessions focusing on hydrogen-compatible materials, valve integrity, safety standards and other topics of particular importance to the valve and flow control industry.
With the hydrogen economy gaining pace globally, the valve and actuator sector plays a pivotal role in enabling safe and efficient hydrogen operations. The unique challenges of hydrogen, including its small molecular size, high diffusivity, and need for ultra-tight sealing are driving innovation across the BVAA membership. Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2026 will provide the perfect platform to showcase these advances, from next-generation valve designs to smart actuator systems built for digitalised, data-driven hydrogen infrastructure.

As the event floorplan and conference details come together, anticipation is already building for what promises to be the most comprehensive hydrogen-focused gathering in Europe. BVAA encourages all members and partners to mark their calendars and plan to be part of this essential event in the hydrogen and flow control calendar.
Stay tuned for updates as Hydrogen Technology World Expo 2026 takes shape and join BVAA in Hamburg to help power the future of hydrogen technology.
