Industrial Valve Summit 19th-21st May 2026
Registrations are now Officially Open

The visitor registrations for the sixth edition of IVS are officially open! The event is scheduled from May 19th to 21st 2026, at the Bergamo Exhibition Centre in Italy. Just over six months remain until this eagerly awaited “A-class” event — a global meeting point for exhibitors, leading minds, decision-makers and buyers, in a city that perfectly blends culture, services and hospitality.
The 2026 edition marks a further step in the Summit’s growth. The exhibition will expand with two new halls and a three-day programme open to the public, evolving into a true “Valve Week.” From Tuesday May 19th, the scientific sessions will start as the halls open to the global valve community. This evolution reflects the organisers’ commitment to meeting rising demand for advanced content, networking and expert dialogue. Early registrations already confirm the positive trend, with expectations of record attendance.
The organizers continue to strengthen the Summit’s technical and scientific depth, supported by VALVEcampus, the association of valve manufacturers for training. The IVS 2026 scientific programme will focus on six main themes: Standardization and standards development; Digital technologies applied to valves, actuation and control; Valve design and materials for severe services; Advanced sealing solutions for industrial valves; AI applied to mechanical design, procurement and manufacturing; Additive manufacturing.
Alongside these topics, four special round tables will address key challenges: subsea valve actuation in deepwater environments; choke valves in high-pressure control; performance and safety of control valves; advanced surface treatments to improve resistance to erosion and corrosion, extending equipment lifespan and reliability in Oil & Gas operations.
The last edition, held from May 14th to 16th 2024, achieved record results with 15,000 visitors (+25% vs 2022) from 69 countries and 325 exhibitors (+13%) from 14 nations. The international component was particularly dynamic, doubling in number compared to the fourth edition.
This growth was supported by the city’s extensive services and a rich program of side events. Bergamo combines liveability and beauty, offering relaxing walks through its historic centre, connected to the fairground by a free shuttle service provided by IVS. Bergamo upper town can be easily reached by funicular and together with museums and theatres, completes a rich cultural experience. The event will be crowned by a gala dinner hosted by a three-Michelin starred restaurant. Guests will experience the excellence of the region’s culinary and wine tradition. As in past editions, the "Bergamo valve week" will be closed by the exclusive IVS invitational golf tournament in the magnificent golf course "L'Albenza” Golf Club.
