Perlast^® Super-Six

Perlast^® Super-Six is a group of six of the most popular Perlast^® grades across industrial valve applications. This family includes high temperature grades (G77X and G75B), food approved and chemical resistant grades (G74S and G80A), and low temperature grades (G75LT and G90LT).

Perlast® G77X has been formulated for class-leading high temperature capability, up to 350°C, as well as exceptionally low compression set over extended periods. And with Perlast® G75LT and G90LT sealing down to -46°C, the Perlast® Super-Six family delivers peerless long-term durability against any thermal challenge.

… vs Aggressive Chemicals

Perlast^® FFKMs demonstrate almost universal chemical resistance, being effectively a rubber form of PTFE. In virtually any media, and against the most stringent clean-in-place and sterilisation-in-place processes, these materials will outperform and outlast when seal failure is not an option.

Perlast^® Super-Six FFKM material grades are fully compliant with key industry-specific regulations, including but not restricted to FDA, USP Class VI, and 3A 18-03 compliance for food and pharmaceutical applications, and excellent Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) performance for valves under the highest pressures.
