Hempel Special Metals Strengthens Capability Supporting Flow Control and Critical Systems

Hempel Special Metals has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Paul Brock as Director of Group Aerospace and Felipe Augusto as Head of Commercial Development (UK), supporting continued growth across regulated and performance-critical industries.

The move reflects increasing demand for reliable, compliant material supply in sectors where component integrity is essential, including flow control applications, pressure systems and critical infrastructure.

Paul Brock brings extensive experience in programme-critical supply environments and will lead the development of Hempel’s aerospace strategy, with relevance across industries where traceability, material performance and certification are key.

Felipe Augusto joins with a strong commercial background in steel products and international supply chains. He will focus on strengthening customer partnerships and aligning commercial delivery with the technical demands of complex engineering applications.
