BVAA Hatters: Bray Controls (UK) Ltd

In August 2026, the Bray team successfully completed the challenge of cycling around the UK & Ireland (including the IOM) to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer Scotland. Covering over 550 miles / 886 km within a timescale of 6 days - the route included travelling through the following destinations within the UK & Ireland:

Route:

·        Day 1 - Bray (Glasgow) - Lisburn (N. Ireland)

·        Day 2 - Lisburn (N. Ireland) - Dublin (Rep of Ireland)

·        Day 3 - Holyhead (Wales) - Liverpool

·        Day 4 - IOM (Isle of Man) loop around the Island

·        Day 5 - Heysham (England) - Gretna (Scotland)

·        Day 6 - Gretna – Bray
