The UK facility combines advanced CNC machining with in-house PTFE compression moulding and extrusion. This integrated capability provides greater control over materials and manufacturing processes, while giving customers a single manufacturing partner from material selection through to finished component.

Products include valve seats, stem seals, back-up rings, wear rings, bushes, bearings and other bespoke polymer components, manufactured from high-performance engineering plastics including PTFE, PEEK, POM, PA66, PVDF, PCTFE and UHMWPE.

Material selection is based on the operating environment, taking into consideration factors such as chemical resistance, temperature, pressure, friction, wear and dimensional stability. Pfaudler UK provides practical engineering support throughout the process to help identify the most appropriate material and manufacturing solution.

More than component manufacture
