Valvenco Limited: The Valve Engineering Company

New beginnings
In October 2010, three Senior Dresser Masoneilan Engineers established Valvenco with the ambition to support for Masoneilan customers in the UK and provide project management of manual and actuated valve packages to global End-Users, Contractors, OEM’s and Valve Distributors.

“With a reputation as ‘can-do’ people, it was only sensible to have stock of manual ball and gate valves as well as Masoneilan control valves at our disposal to best deliver this strategy to our customers,” Says Scott Waugh, Valvenco Sales Director.

“A serious investment in stock of Camflex and Varipak valves and spares parts means immediate availability, which has been a lifeline for customers needing critical parts urgently, saving them costly plant downtime and lost revenue.”

At Your Service
The investment in two Graduate Engineers means we can provide immediate quotation response to our customers’ urgent needs. “We are pleased with the speed at which our Graduates have adopted the fundamentals of our business and most importantly the value of our customers. We make sure all proposals we submit are accurate and to specification. We aim always to exceed the customers’ expectations starting with the quotation.”

Valve Engineering
Solving process control problems is our skill. With over 40 combined years of valve engineering, sizing guidance and consultancy is available to tailor actuated valve packages to suit even the most severe process control applications.

“We recently supplied 6" #900 SuperDuplex butterfly control valves for direct use in a cryogenic (LNG) application. Valvenco engineers provided control valve sizing guidance to the manufacturer, managing the production schedule and extensive valve testing.”

Scope of Supply
Providing fully engineered Masoneilan control valve packages, pressure and safety relief valves to API527 as well as cast and forged steel ball and gate valves, Valvenco is fast being recognised as the customer’s choice for single-sourcing of valves. Supplying major Oil & Gas end-users, Valvenco continues to provide customer service excellence rewarded with repeat business from satisfied customers.

“By partnering with Valvenco you’ll enjoy all the benefits of working with a single source valve supplier, including single point contact offering you accurate and immediate customer support, access to the most appropriate industry approved supplier, right-first-time valve sizing/package engineering and on-time delivery to schedule giving you complete piece of mind.”
