Arc Energy Resources specialises in the supply of corrosion resistant cladding and the manufacture of specialist fabrications for the oil & gas, nuclear, petrochemical and defence industries. Weld overlay cladding provides protection from corrosion and wear by welding a layer of corrosion-resistant alloy to areas at risk.

It’s versatility means it can be applied to specific areas (such as flange faces or valve seats), or to entire components (e.g. all wetted areas), and Arc Energy’s combination of highly skilled engineers and latest generation equipment ensures unrivalled quality and value-for-money.

A range of materials can be applied, including Inconels, Hastelloys and stainless steels, all supported by a suite of over 5,000 weld procedures. Arc Energy are also one of only a handful of UK manufacturers certified to work on ASME U & U2 Stamp material.
