GPEC: Announcement!

GPEC Limited are very pleased to announce that they have formed a strategic partnership with IMI Critical Engineering for the UK & Ireland Power market as well as England, Wales and Ireland Oil & Gas sectors and will become the representative across this territory for the IMI CCI, IMI Bopp & Reuther control valves, IMI STI, IMI Remosa and IMI Z&J brands.

GPEC Ltd are building a dedicated team across the UK to support the IMI Critical Engineering Aftermarket business in this territory, bringing several years’ experience to the team and ensuring that customer support is second to none.

Andy Woodward has recently been appointed as Business Development Manager and has over 25 years’ experience in Control & Choke Valves, within Oil & Gas, Power and Petrochemical Industries. Andy has recent experience working for IMI CCI, where he achieved the status of Valve Doctor™ Specialist - Sales, recognising his specialism in determining root causes on valve issues and failures alongside expertise in repair, service, outages and shutdown planning, to ensure continuous running of Plants.

Scott Gower, Company Director, said “GPEC made an executive decision to enter into the Aftermarket sector and provide additional services for IMI Critical Engineering.  After a diligent search in the market, GPEC are absolutely thrilled to have secured the employment of Andy in this important position.  Andy brings with him a great wealth of experience in the Control Valve Aftermarket sector and a fantastic customer centric attitude that will be a great asset not only for GPEC and IMI but, of course, for the end users of IMI products.  GPEC is also looking forward to announcing another person at the end of the year”

GPEC Ltd exclusively represent manufacturers of industrial, engineered valves & static equipment for specialised and niche applications. The company currently act as agents for both IMI Z&J and IMI Remosa and will now represent IMI CCI, IMI STI and IMI Bopp & Reuther for their control valves, actuation and application solutions within the Aftermarket sector.
