Allvalves Completes 9th Year of Continuous Growth

Allvalves have enjoyed another year of continued growth in sales and have been able to overcome many challenges that the year has brought. From its base in Pershore, UK, Allvalves have once again been able to secure a wide range of projects for customers all over the world whilst increasing day to day business. In what has been a busy year for this relatively new Valve Actuation specialist, the company has developed its new commercial unit which will allow additional stock and storage, training and marketing suites and a new meeting room. The team has also expanded with new appointments as the company looks to the future expansion plans.

Back in January, Allvalves had a clear roadmap for 2020 and whilst COVID-19 certainly wasn’t a part of those plans, they have overcome the challenges that this has brought and successfully implemented many of those New Year Resolutions. This includes the update of the website that has been at the core of Allvalves success, with an update to the branding. The changes to the website introduced new features which have been well received and has seen an increase in daily demand for quotations and orders.

With export being such an important part of the Allvalves business model, the limitations in travel and lack of customer visits, exhibitions have naturally slowed down some of the teams plans. However, through its strong loyal customer base, Allvalves have yet again grown its export sales this year, with many returning customers but also new clients that have provided large projects. Some of these projects include fuel farms in Dubai where 60 x ATEX Failsafe actuated ball valves were supplied, OEM projects in Norway where pneumatic and electric actuated valves were supplied and a large project headed out to the USA via a UK OEM for a large selection of WCB actuated valves. Allvalves are in the process of securing several large projects for 2021 which will include supplying over 800 butterfly valves as part of one of Allvalves largest ever orders.

Allvalves have began to build on its core offering of actuated valves and this year have further developed its pneumatic actuator and accessories offering, with the AVP range. Various projects have been supplied this year with customers reacting well to the quality and competitiveness of this range of rack and pinion actuators, Namur solenoids and limit switchboxes. This is part of a larger plan for Allvalves to develop its own range of products which will always focus on actuated valves, this is Allvalves speciality with the main goal to be the leading UK valve actuation company. This is also visible when visiting Allvalves with the main facility being re modelled this year to allow a better flow of product through the assembly and testing process and an increase of stock being held for products for actuation, including electric and pneumatic actuators, accessories and ISO mount valves.

The use of Social Media is of course important to any company these days, but now more than ever. Allvalves would be a contender for the most active profiles online with the main emphasis put on LinkedIn with the many customers from around the world aware of the brand and the company from the activity on this platform. Many customers have been established, with people once questioning the value of posting pictures of what we are selling, now most companies are doing what Allvalves were doing back in 2012.

So, what for 2021 for Allvalves, the 10th year of trading? Allvalves have plans in place that they believe will elevate them to the next level in terms of sales, market share and reputation within the industry. Much relies on how COVID impacts the world and the small matter of Brexit to navigate through, but with each year that passes, Allvalves are confident they can achieve their 10-year goals next year. Expanding the team, expanding the products stocked and offered, updating the website are all on this year’s New Year plans.
