Allvalves MD secures 100% ownership as year-on-year growth continues into 2021

As announced on their social media platforms and website recently, at the start of March 2021, Allvalves completed a share buy back and Director, Dave Chapman took early retirement from the company. This leaving Adam Chapman, Managing Director as the 100% shareholder of the company. It will be business as usual at this fast-growing Valve Actuation specialist company, with the best ever start to a year in 2021 which follows an 9th year of year-on-year growth since it’s started in 2012.

With big plans for the years ahead as Allvalves move into new markets for their 10th year. Plans include expansion of the team based in Pershore, new products with new leading brands in the industry whilst also building on the large export business that it now has. With around 40% of the company’s sales coming from oversees, Allvalves have plans to expand into a physical location in Europe and the USA.

Allvalves as a business has concentrated on working with OEM applications with its wide range of solutions for actuated valves and working with contractors and projects. As the business has grown and the customer base increases, Allvalves have expanded its facility and is increasing stock to support its growing distribution business. With the wide range of products available from leading brands including Genebre, EBRO, Adler, Hidroten, J+J, Sun Yeh, and more world-famous brands, they are also adding Tecofi and Ari Armaturen to the offering with stock of Tecofi knife gate valves now available on a next day delivery.

Allvalves have worked with Ari Armaturen on several projects, but the experience of working with the company during a recent prestigious UK project, Allvalves will look to add some of the products to the website and marketing materials. This will include control valves, relief valves and pressure sustaining valves to name a few. The recently supplied project included a specialist solution that the end user had struggled to find a supplier for, were a number of DN150 control valves with ATEX electric actuators with modulating control and failsafe capabilities to fail closed on power loss.

Allvalves will once again look to update its site to ensure that it offers the very best in user experience and provides its global customer base with the technical information, 3D models and product support videos.

Allvalves is proud of its reputation as a Valve Actuation Specialist in what is a very busy global market and is looking forward to a bright future ahead.
