SFC (Europe) have a proud history of manufacturing engineer studs in many different forms in a wide range of materials and coatings.

Our daily production encapsulates all the various types, whether they are full body, waisted or stepped.

Threads can be produced either screw cut, or thread rolled, from ¼” (M6) to 4” (M100) diameter and above. Utilising our modern CNC equipped machine shop, we can also produce to client’s own drawings.

With over £5 million GBP of material stock covering all the ASTM grades, Duplex, Super Duplex, and the High Nickel Alloys we are able to offer a delivery schedule that will suit your build requirements.

We have the capacity to be able to provide full NDE testing on start material and finished product, including UT, MPI and DPI.

Client specific product marking is available, including batch traceability from the raw material mill certificates.

PMI verification and full dimensional inspection, with reports, can be performed utilising our state-of-the-art Keyence machine, as well as fully calibrated thread micrometers, verniers, ring and caliper gauges.
