The latest Future Leaders – Cohort 5
The BVAA’s flagship development programme for the Valve industry officially commenced with the first two-day induction and personal development session at Banbury HQ on 22nd and 23rd March. The programme was originally launched in 2016 to develop talented individuals who have been identified by their employers as potential future leaders of the British Valve Industry.
The newest cohort is comprised of an excellent group of talented Valve industry professionals which includes BVAA's own Sophie Keene. The session was led by Dr Martin Haigh MBE who remarks:
"We are up and running with a new leadership group. We delivered session 1 of the BVAA Future Leaders Programme. We will work with these lovely delegates throughout the year on a range of topics, supporting them in their leadership journey.’"
