Pressure Tech Ltd: Ash Vision OMNI 3 Digital Microscope

Two recent investments will make significant improvements to the in-house manufacturing and servicing capabilities at Pressure Tech Ltd.
The brand new Ash Vision OMNI 3 Digital Microscope provides high resolution images of microscopic parts in 100+ times magnification, making it ideal for capturing supporting evidence of findings on regulators returned for servicing.
This enables the provision of HD images to customers to highlight the root cause of any regulator damage caused by small particles of contamination.
Secondly, every product supplied by Pressure Tech has a unique serial number with full traceability of all components used in the assembly of the pressure regulator. The new Pryor Dot Peen machine quickly and precisely marks both individual components and the complete pressure regulator assembly with a permanent identification - this was previously chemically etched or stamped manually. The machine scans internal works orders from the MRP system to extract the required information to be marked on the components, eliminating any human error from the process and reducing marking times ten-fold.
Definitely a win-win situation all round!
