BVAA AGM and Dinner Dance

The BVAA’s 82nd AGM and Black-Tie Dinner Dance was an astonishing success.

We would like to again thank our incredibly generous sponsors:

Valve-Kits – Casino

Rotork – Champagne

Valve-Kits – Wine

SAFi – Entertainment

Emerson – Table Gifts

The day saw some interesting guest speakers which included Jeremy Leonard of Oxford Economics, Matt King of SAFi Valves who led the Mentimeter session and finally BVAA Chairman Colin Findlay who discussed where the Association was, currently and what was needed moving forward.

Following a delicious lunch and some wind-down time at the beautiful Rockliffe Hall people donned their best Black-Tie attire and evening dresses.

Things kicked off with a champagne reception (sponsored by Rotork) and the always hugely popular casino (sponsored by Valve-Kits). Takings from the Casino went to Prostate Cancer UK. We all collectively raised £1,000 for this worthy cause. Thank you all and especially to the prize winners (Adam Bradley of CRM and Martin Greenhalgh) who both donated their winnings to the fund. And to those at the end of the evening that emptied their pockets. If you would still like to donate you can do so via:

BVAA Events is fundraising for PROSTATE CANCER UK (justgiving.com)

The event was well documented and our professional photographer Tim Hardy took a whole range of candid shots throughout the day and as we danced our way into the evening.

These can be viewed via the member only area of the BVAA website.

Please note: you will need to be registered and logged into the member area for access. For help gaining access please email laura@bvaa.org.uk.

Planning is already underway for next year’s event so if you are interest in sponsoring any part of the proceedings or for further information about other upcoming events please contact sophie@bvaa.org.uk.
