A New Home for Allvalves with Record Growth Plans in 2025

Allvalves have enjoyed year on year growth since 2012, and whilst deciding in 2024 that the year would be spent working on infrastructure, new website, ERP system and staff, the company enjoyed a record year with a result of 35% growth in 2024. Naturally the focus turned to 2025 and whilst some of the above has now been achieved, the company has once again seen the business grow again and are now forecasting 50%+ growth in the last 6 months of the year.
Allvalves have secured some major partnerships with leading OEM customers in boom markets such as data centers which will account for the majority of its growth this year and over the coming years. Having been specified to supply specialist actuated valve assemblies, 1000s if not 10,000s of actuated valves will now be supplied with Allvalves already having supplied this customer with over 2000 actuators since October 2024. This relationship however goes back 10 years with much smaller quantities being supplied, confirming that very little is an overnight success story.
With this huge growth and other customers also increasing demand, Allvalves will now relocate to a new headquarters this summer. AVG Group has secured a new modern building in the same area as the existing 5 industrial units that house Allvalves, AVA and AV Smart Tech. The new building offers open plan working, modern design and space to allow the company to grow further. A total of 12 roles have been identified across the companies with roles created in a new projects team, web and marketing, sales and purchased admin, stock controllers and more. The building will become a great representation of what the companies are today and where they are going. The sales, marketing, financial and business support teams will relocate to the new HQ.
The existing 4 units that are operated by Allvalves will remain as stock, assembly, testing and distribution. The warehouse teams will grow, and existing offices will be re modelled to allow for new warehousing space to hold more stock than ever before, new assembly and testing spaces.
Owner and Managing Director, Adam Chapman commented,
“From where the company started in 2012, a small office and no staff, to seeing what we will now call home, I believe it’s an incredible success story in a relatively short period of time. I am incredibly proud of what we are building am excited to see where the future takes us. I believe we have to be considered one of the fastest growing, independently owned valve and valve actuation companies in the UK today”.
