AEG’s Compressed Gas Regulators from ControlAir

Low-emission pressure control: ControlAir's compressed gas filter regulator series is available now from Air Engineering Group
Air Engineering Group is proud to support the industry with the CG330 and CG340 series compressed gas regulators from US-based manufacturer ControlAir. Designed to meet the increasing demand for low-emission solutions, these high-performance filter regulators offer precise pressure control and minimal atmospheric leakage, even under dynamic flow conditions.
With air quality standards tightening across many sectors, the CG330/CG340 series provides a reliable and compliant solution for controlling inert gases, natural gas, and other sensitive media in critical environments and ideal for protecting downstream control valves.
Engineered for environmental safety
The CG330 and CG340 models ensure near-zero leakage, with air consumption of less than 0.1 scfh (0.05 Nl/min), helping end users meet strict fugitive emissions regulations. Built from durable die-cast aluminium with a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, they are purpose-built for long-term service in harsh conditions.
The CG330 includes a 40-micron filter (with an optional 5-micron upgrade) and features an automatic drain to protect against corrosion and reduce maintenance. The CG340, by contrast, offers a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained systems, while still delivering stable regulation across varying supply pressures and flow rates.
Versatile performance across industries
Offered in 1/4" and 1/2" NPT port sizes and with three output pressure ranges (0–30, 0–60, and 0–120 psig), the CG330/CG340 range is suitable for a wide variety of applications, from chemical processing to oil and gas, energy, and industrial automation. These regulators are highly sensitive (within 1 inch water column) and maintain consistent performance across fluctuating upstream conditions.
Options for pipe, bracket, or through-body mounting provide installation flexibility, while manual and automatic drain variants accommodate ambient temperatures down to 0°F (-18°C).
