BVAA’s famous Supplier Day is next being held on 12th March 2026 at the Park Royal Hotel, near Warrington and it is one of the few Association events that’s open to non-members of the association.

Calling all non-member OEMs!

We heartily encourage non-member OEM companies to take a host table and meet with a number of key suppliers that will have products and services that you do need. 

Supplier Day comprises of 15 minute ‘speed-date’ type sessions, allowing the supplier to make their pitch, and the OEM to explain their needs.  And in the unlikely event that you don’t strike oil, stop boring!  You don’t have to wait for the session bell, and either party can draw the session to an end and prepare for their next ‘date’. 

An OEM Purchasing Manager from the 2025 Supplier Day said, "This year’s event was extremely valuable - it provided great opportunities to connect with new suppliers, and we’ve already started doing business with a couple of them as a direct result."

Similarly, non-member suppliers can book speed dates too and meet with more OEMs in a morning than you possibly could in a day on the road. This year, we facilitated more than 120 one-to-one business meetings!

Join us for Networking and Dinner

There is also an opportunity to join us the night before, to enjoy great networking, drinks, dinner, entertainment, and relax in the warmth of BVAA’s famous hospitality.  Just the ticket!

PLUS, as an OEM, you don’t pay a fee, just the cost of your accommodation if required.

Format:

Regional Dinner - 11 March 2026 - 6.15pm - 11pm

The evening starts with pre-dinner drinks and networking, followed by a superb three course dinner, and evening entertainment TBC.

Supplier Day - 12 March 2026 - 9am - 2.30pm

The Supplier Day comprises of 1-2-1 meetings, an exhibition area and lunch. This is an excellent opportunity to represent your company, tour the exhibits and network.
