A key ERIKS Leicester client required a manageable, sustainable, cost-effective solution to overhaul their Chemical Cleaning Operating system. 

Each Manufactured Cleaning process unit uses ERIKS ECON 4,6 & 8-inch actuated Ball Valves. The operating condition of the system was very aggressive, and the condition of the valves varies from project to project. 

Solution

We proposed to offer an initial inspection on delivery to Flow Control Whetstone to provide a condition report for each valve. 

We used a tried and tested approach with our specialised valve technicians, to evaluate cost effectiveness for repair or replace.

We agreed with the Customer which valves were repairable and advised costs supported with full condition reports which included full repair and return with certificate of testing with identifying numbers for re-scheduling of the units when returning from site.

Value

With our professional approach and our specific offer from our inhouse engineering team. We saved the customer on average £2,500 per manufactured unit with an annual saving of £47,500+.
