M Seals Unveils New In House Gasket Manufacturing Capability

M Seals has strengthened its manufacturing offering with the introduction of in‑house flat gasket production.

This development follows the acquisition of Haagensen A/S in Denmark, enabling M Seals to deliver both standard and customised flat gaskets in small to medium batch sizes. With access to advanced large‑format flatbed cutting technology, customers benefit from fast, precise production with tight tolerances, helping to reduce lead times and optimise costs.

M Seals offers gaskets in an extensive selection of materials and thicknesses, including elastomers, aramid‑reinforced fibre, graphite, and food‑grade options compliant with EC 1935:2004 and FDA 177.2600. The flexible production setup ensures short lead times, even for bespoke or specialised orders.

For applications with unique performance requirements, M Seals provides expert guidance on both gasket design and material selection. This approach ensures each solution is engineered to meet the specific operating parameters and reliability standards of the customer’s system.

The addition of gasket manufacturing complements M Seals’ established production capabilities in the UK and Demark, which already span a broad range of standard and custom sealing solutions, from static seals and spring‑energised designs to rod, piston and rotary seals.
